1. General Shipping Information

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post, and processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping for small consignments within Germany: €2.70 - €3.55 – Delivery time approx. 4 business days

Standard shipping Maxibrief within Germany: €2.90 - Delivery time approx. 1-2 business days

Standard shipping small parcel within Germany: €4.19 - Delivery time approx. 1-2 business days

Standard shipping parcel within Germany: €6.19 – Delivery time – approx. 1-3 business days

Shipping within the EU: €11.99 – Delivery time approx. 4 business days

Free shipping: For orders over €50 within Germany.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard shipping: approx. 1-3 business days

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to the following countries/regions: Outside the EU.

5. Track & Trace

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email (depending on the selected shipping rate), which allows you to track the status of your order at any time.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

Should your package arrive damaged or get lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@taumwiese.com

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping service provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery or refund.

7. Returns & Complaints

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at info@traumwiese.com to register a return.

The customer bears the cost of the return.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
